Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and facilitating recreational activities for residents.
- Lead group and individual activities that promote socialization and engagement.
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.
- Provide one-on-one assistance to residents as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress.
- Collaborate with staff to tailor activities to meet individual needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a healthcare or recreation setting preferred.
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
