Pay Range And Other Compensation & Benefits
$162,400.00 - $270,200.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus). Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy for Qualcomm Sensing Hub, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and market needs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product strategy into detailed requirements.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from planning to tactical activities.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to define product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback and incorporate it into product improvement.
- Collaborate with key partners and stakeholders to create buy-in for the product vision and roadmap.
- Collaborate with sensor vendors, reviewing and aligning their roadmap with our reference designs
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum three (preferred five) years of professional experience in product management, business development in the sensors or related technology field.
- Five years of experience (preferably product management, business) working with sensors/MEMS technology.
- Excellent communication with the ability to drive cross-functional teams.
- Ability to multi-task, work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.
- 4+ years of Product Management or related work experience.
- 7+ years of Product Management or related work experience.
- 2+ years of working with operating budgets and/or project financials.
- 2+ years of negotiating 3rd party business agreements.
- 2+ years of working in a large matrixed organization.
