The Process Manager II is responsible for supporting business process improvement efforts across the organization. This position includes assisting with process analysis, new process design and implementation in addition to project management
Responsibilities.

Assist with establishing detailed project plans, monitor project performance, raise issues and concerns, establish performance metrics and tracking mechanisms to monitor improvement impacts. 20%
Provide regular updates on process improvement projects to key project stakeholders across the organization as required. 15%
Serve as a key project team member and support business process improvement projects from conceptualization through implementation by working closely with the project team, business unit leaders and IT (as necessary). 50%
Serve as liaison between business units and IT for business process improvement projects to help establish business requirements and functional specifications. 15%
Education
Required: Bachelor
Language
Required: English
Experience
Required: 3 - 5 years experience in a project or process management role, or equivalent education and experience. Strong proficiency in MS Office. Experience in project or process management.
Preferred: System query skills.
