BA Skills

Communication: Ability to lead meetings/capture notes, identify gaps, follow-up on decisions, communicate with Tech and non-tech audience
Stakeholder Engagement: Strong collaboration skills to work with various business partners
Requirements Elicitation: Ability to gather and define business requirements
Problem Solving: Questioning mindset to challenge/solve the business problem statements
Agile Methodology: Seasoned in Agile practices/Story Writing in particular
Critical Thinking: Can do attitude, with willingness to think out of the box
Technology: Archer, JIRA, Rally, Visio,.ppt will be a plus
Self-Starter and able to deliver with minimal supervision

Salary Range: $100,000 to $130,000 per year

Qualifications: BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
