Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The primary purpose of this position is to accurately assess project costs and prepare detailed estimates for construction projects, with a focus on commercial, industrial, food & beverage, cold storage, and distribution center sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Conduct site visits to gather relevant information for estimating.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project scope and requirements.
• Analyze labor, material, and overhead costs to provide competitive bids.
• Prepare detailed and itemized estimates for various projects.
• Track and update estimates as project details change.
• Assist in the negotiation process and respond to client inquiries regarding estimates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, preferably in commercial or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
