In this role, you will sit at the intersection of Cloud Infrastructure and Software Integration. You will be responsible for the health, security, and connectivity of our core platforms—Salesforce and AWS—ensuring that data flows seamlessly across our ecosystem, including Slack, BambooHR, and QuickBooks.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (preferred), Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related technical field.
Technical Proficiency
While this is an early-career role, any professional IT experience, internships, or development projects are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
Systems & Cloud Administration
- Salesforce Administration: Act as a junior admin for the Salesforce environment, managing user permissions, configuration changes, and custom object maintenance.
- AWS Support: Assist in the administration of Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure, ensuring cloud services are secure, patched, and performing optimally.
- System Security: Implement and monitor security best practices across all managed platforms to safeguard company and client data.
- API Management: Work directly with REST/SOAP APIs to maintain and troubleshoot integrations between diverse software platforms.
- Platform Connectivity: Manage the "connective tissue" between Salesforce and our core tools: Slack, BambooHR, and QuickBooks.
- Scripting & Automation: Utilize JavaScript to write logic and scripts that automate manual workflows and improve data synchronization.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve integration failures or API bottlenecks to ensure high system availability.
- Communication: Act as a technical bridge between internal teams and external clients, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Prioritization: Manage a diverse queue of technical tasks, balancing immediate support needs with long-term infrastructure projects.
- Documentation: Maintain clear, up-to-date technical documentation for system architecture, API mappings, and workflow logic.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (preferred), Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related technical field.
Technical Proficiency
- Strong foundational knowledge of JavaScript for backend logic or automation purposes.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for system templates and administrative interfaces.
- A solid understanding of API architecture and how different systems exchange data.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage expectations for both internal stakeholders and clients.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of technical projects.
While this is an early-career role, any professional IT experience, internships, or development projects are highly valued.
Experience
- Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem or AWS Management Console.
- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
