Which tasks will you perform?
- Translates business strategy into impactful people initiatives that drive performance, growth and organizational effectiveness.
- Partners with leaders and managers to build high-performing teams through strategic workforce planning, performance management and succession planning.
- Facilitates talent planning and team development discussions to align leadership capabilities with future business needs.
- Drives employee engagement and retention by fostering a culture of trust, collaboration and continuous improvement in work relationships and morale.
You Will Have (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or another related field. Or a combination of education and HR experience that demonstrates higher level decision making based on judgement, education and experience. Master’s degree a plus.
- Travel required annually: domestic and/or international trips as needed: to regional sales offices, sister companies, representative sales/service partners, and other locations around the globe. Travel will not exceed 5-10%.
- Ability to think strategically and practice mutual influence.
- Presentation skills for various audiences (e.g. business partners, community partners, customers, leadership).
- Demonstrate moral courage by standing up for their beliefs, taking justifiable risks, addressing contradictions, and knowing when to say no.
- Proactively offers, seeks, and applies constructive feedback with an openness to growth and collaboration.
- Ability to build and maintain strong, trustworthy business relationships, leveraging long-term partnerships to achieve collective success.
