Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide basic care, including lifting, transferring, and positioning residents
- Maintain accurate records and reports on resident care
- Assist with feeding, toileting, and incontinence care
- Promote resident independence and dignity, while also respecting personal boundaries
- Participate in resident care conferences and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and services
- Current CNA certification in the state of Florida
- Prior experience in long-term care preferred
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with minimal assistance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
