Sales Estimator / Restoration Project Manager at Paul Davis Restoration of the National Capital Region, VA

Job Details: Paul Davis is seeking career-minded, highly motivated estimators to create estimates for water/fire mitigation, mold remediation, and reconstruction and remodeling. This is a full-time position in a fast growing company with plenty of growth opportunities with the opportunity earn commission.

Requirements

• 2+ years verifiable experience in restoration or construction estimating.
• Proficiency in Xactimate.
• Knowledge of local and state building code requirements.
  
  

Duties Will Include, But Not Be Limited To

• Create accurate scopes and sketch floorplans.
• Utilize Matterport technology on job sites.
• Independently perform and manage own work.
• Consistently produce estimates within the given timeline.
• Keep constant contact with all clients and insurance carriers.
• Build strong relationships with management, clients, and adjusters.
• Creating proposals, change orders, revisions and supplements.

• Base commission. Our current REs yearly pay range from $50,000 to $110,000 depending on their production. No limit to earning potential as it's based on your ability to manage large production volumes.
