Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Manager to lead food safety and quality programs in our manufacturing facility. This role oversees QA/QC teams, ensures compliance with FDA, USDA, HACCP, and GFSI standards, and drives continuous improvement across operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality and food safety initiatives, audits, and certifications
• Manage QA/QC staff and foster a culture of compliance and excellence
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Serve as customer and supplier quality liaison
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years in food manufacturing quality, including leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and GFSI standards (SQF/BRC)
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
