Job Description:
Join our team in Edison, NJ, as a full-time IT Administrator.
This role involves managing infrastructure, supporting end-users, and ensuring secure technology services.
You will work with various systems and networks, requiring a strong foundation in troubleshooting and system configuration.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and support on-premises and cloud-based systems, ensuring uptime and reliability.
Administer and manage network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, and wireless networks.
Implement security best practices and assist with compliance initiatives.
Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support, mentoring junior staff and improving help desk workflows.
Lead or participate in IT projects such as system upgrades and cloud adoption initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven experience advancing from Help Desk Support to systems administration roles.
Strong knowledge of server environments, networking fundamentals, and endpoint management.
Experience with virtualization, backup systems, and cloud technologies.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
