The Senior Project Manager will work closely with the Regional and General Managers to drive growth, oversee a robust pipeline of large-scale projects, and help scale operations. Description
The Senior Project Manager will:
- Lead large-scale healthcare, pharmaceutical, and commercial projects valued at $20M-$50M+, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.
- Collaborate directly with the President and Regional Manager to drive growth and strengthen the company's presence in Indianapolis.
- Own project strategy-including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management-to keep projects on track and profitable.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, owners, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and field teams, building a high-performing project organization.
- Oversee documentation and execution through Procore, ensuring strict adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Profile
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- 8+ years of proven experience in commercial or industrial construction project management
- Proven success managing multiple large-scale or technically complex projects
- Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and scheduling software
- Strong financial acumen, contract knowledge, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability with excellent communication and team development skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong client relationships
