TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER
The Talent Acquisition Manager is a strategic partner in driving Not Your Mother’s growth. This role leads the full hiring lifecycle—attracting, selecting, and hiring exceptional talent—while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects our brand and values.
Beyond traditional recruiting, you’ll build strong talent pipelines and serve as a consultative advisor to business leaders partnering on forecast hiring needs [and other talent-related efforts]. We’re looking for someone who blends the science of proven recruiting practices with the art of identifying top talent for a fast-scaling organization.
As both a brand ambassador and talent strategist, you’ll ensure every hire strengthens our culture and accelerates business success.

WHO YOU’LL LEAD/COLLABORATE WITH: (supervisory responsibilities)
While this role will not manage direct reports, they will collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders on strategically staffing and enabling a fast-scaling organization.

While this role will not manage direct reports, they will collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders on strategically staffing and enabling a fast-scaling organization.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE YOUR MARK: (key responsibilities)
- Own the full recruiting process for a mix of roles (intake ? sourcing ? screening ? offer).
- Build strong, diverse pipelines using modern sourcing methods, including AI tools, talent search platforms, and strategic outreach.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role needs, interview plans, and the overall hiring strategy.
- Drive an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
- Conduct initial candidate screens and guide candidates through a smooth, transparent experience.
- Use structured evaluation methods to ensure quality, reduce bias and keep our hiring consistent and fair.
- Maintain the ATS (Paylocity) and ensure our hiring workflows run smoothly.
- Help refine and improve our recruiting process as we scale, to include streamlining and automating recruiting tasks.
- Partner with Marketing to amplify our employer brand and attract top talent.
- Collaborate with People Ops on seamless transition from candidate to hire
- Track clear hiring metrics optimize sourcing strategies and improve time-to-hire
REQUIRED SUPERPOWERS: (required skills and abilities)
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, sourcing tools, Boolean search)
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and helping build structure as we grow.
- A focus on creating a great candidate experience from first touch to offer.
- Proven ability to build strong stakeholder partnership by coaching hiring managers, influencing decisions with data and longer-term talent planning.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and hiring analytics (Paylocity preferred)
- Familiarity with AI recruiting tools preferred
5-7+ years full-cycle recruiting experience
