Compensation:
- RN: Up to $83,000 annually (based on experience)
- LPN: Up to $71,000 annually (based on experience)
Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN/LPN Supervisor to join our evening leadership team. This role is essential in overseeing nursing operations, supporting staff, and ensuring high-quality resident care in a professional, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to oversee daily nursing operations.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and facility policies.
- Supervise nursing staff, ensuring adherence to job responsibilities and the highest standards of patient care.
- Assist with facility surveys and maintain continuous survey readiness.
- Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident care, staff performance, and clinical quality.
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff, promoting best practices and teamwork.
- Current, valid RN or LPN license in the State of Florida.
- Minimum 2 years of long-term care nursing experience; supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
