Job Responsibilities

Education

• Bachelors degree in Related Field preferred or equivalent experience.
  
  

Experience/Special Knowledge/Skills

• Preferred ten (10) years supervisory experience in manufacturing and a proven ability to lead a team to meet customer expectations.
• Familiar with foam bun molding process, assembly processes, and related tooling.
• Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and technical presentations. Ability to manage customer communications.
• Demonstrated successful performance with independent and team problem solving, presentations, leadership, and coordinating and completing multiple tasks within and across departments to meet changing deadlines.
• Proficient skills utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
• Thorough understanding of business practices in the automotive industry.
• Demonstrated planning and system implementation
