What will you be doing?
- Academic Leadership Provide distinguished leadership in teaching and research, fostering an environment of scholarly excellence. Represent the University at national and international forums and build strategic partnerships with industry, academia, and government.
- Teaching & Curriculum Development Design and deliver advanced undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Finance. Play a pivotal role in programme accreditation, curriculum enhancement, and innovative teaching strategies that improve student experience and employability.
- Research & Mentorship Maintain a strong record of high-quality publications and lead research projects with global impact. Secure research funding, supervise doctoral and postgraduate students, and mentor early-career faculty to support their professional development.
- You hold a PhD in Finance or a closely related discipline.
- You have significant academic experience, including substantial post-PhD teaching and research achievements.
- You demonstrate proven academic leadership in teaching and research, with a strong publication record in top-tier journals.
- You bring excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative leadership skills.
- You are proactive about professional development and committed to advancing global academic standards.
