Our client, a high-performance automotive and racing engineering company, is seeking a CNC Programmer / Machinist to join their team.

As a CNC Programmer / Machinist, you will be part of the Manufacturing / Machining Department supporting Engineering and Production Teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, leadership, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Programmer / Machinist

Location: Santa Clarita, CA

Pay Range: $40 – $55/hour

What’s the Job?

• Program CNC machines using MasterCam for multi-axis tool paths.
• Manufacture high-performance racing engine components.
• Design and develop fixtures and tooling.
• Perform CNC setup and operation.
• Generate technical reports and support project management under tight deadlines.
  
  

What’s Needed?

• 7+ years of experience in CNC programming and machining.
• Proficiency in MasterCam and CAD/CAM software (CATIA V5 AMG preferred).
• Strong background in close-tolerance machining and machine setup procedures.
• Ability to design and develop tooling and fixtures based on engineering drawings.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
