You will serve as the architect, mentor, and tactical leader for our Guides – the frontline learning facilitators who do more than instruct; they ignite potential. Your leadership will define how Alpha Guides engage with learners, encompassing everything from creating implementation frameworks and evaluation systems to demonstrating exemplary facilitation techniques.

What You Will Be Doing
- Cultivating and coaching a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system at the highest standard
- Developing comprehensive Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, designing motivating learning experiences, and addressing obstacles
- Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes
- Personally guiding a limited group of students, demonstrating advanced coaching and motivational techniques
- Creating lesson plans – your Guides support student learning through adaptive applications; your priority is training them to become outstanding facilitators
- Compromising expectations – when our success threshold is 100%, maintaining that standard is your responsibility
- Conducting uninspiring training – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, interactive, high-impact professional development
Cultivate and coach a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system at the highest standard of excellence.
Basic Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or comparable fields.
- Proven track record designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions.
- Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Background working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
- Skilled in data analysis and leveraging performance metrics to inform decisions and foster continuous improvement.
- Able to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
