What You Will Be Doing

• Engaging students daily through direct mentorship and motivational coaching, with no traditional lecturing involved
• Leveraging adaptive educational technology and AI-driven platforms to enable individualized learning progressions
• Facilitating small-group sessions centered on leadership development, life competencies, and strategies for real-world achievement
• Partnering with students to identify personal strengths and broaden their goals through customized development plans
• Providing actionable data, observations, and innovative recommendations to evolve Alpha's educational framework
  
  

Basic Requirements

Education Coach key responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Demonstrated record of high performance (e.g. top academic honors, D1/Olympic athletics, national competitions, etc.)
• 3 year's experience working directly with K–8 students in a mentoring, coaching, or instructional capacity
• Strong communication and public speaking skills
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Willingness to work in-person at Miami, FL; Santa Barbara, CA or San Francisco, CA

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
