What You Will Be Doing

• Mentor and inspire gifted students to finish high school by 8th grade via personalized, accelerated learning trajectories
• Guide students in developing life competencies (grit, resilience, focus, public speaking) in tandem with academic objectives
• Utilize AI platforms to monitor advancement, customize learning experiences, and adapt instruction to individual needs
• Encourage students to progress through adaptive learning applications and reach ambitious educational targets

Basic Requirements

Youth Program Coordinator key responsibilities

• Willing to work in-person in Austin (Georgetown), TX
• Proven record of academic excellence (National Merit Scholar, academic Olympiads, prestigious scholarships, dual-enrollment, etc.)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience coaching, mentoring, or teaching gifted and talented students or high-performing youth
• Daily use of generative AI tools in educational settings (personalizing lessons, creating assessments, adapting instruction)
• Strong public speaking and communication abilities
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
