Roles & Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Leadership/team building experience
Project & Operations Management Exp,
Consulting, Training & Development Exp
knowledge in Information Technology Management, Cybersecurity, Incident Management, and Process Improvement &
Implementation.
ensuring the stability and reliability of mission-critical systems
identifiy, prioritize, and resolve incidents while coordinating with cross-functional teams
implement effective solutions and maintain compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
Rapidly assessed and categorized incidents based on severity and impact.
Coordinate with development, production, and operation support teams to resolve incidents promptly.
Conduct thorough investigations to identify underlying issues and prevent recurrence.
Maintain detailed records of incident timelines, actions taken, and lessons learned.
Escalate incidents as needed to meet SLAs and minimize business impact.
Salary Range: $110,000 to $120,000 per year
Qualifications: BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
