Are you ready to grow into the leader you were meant to be? At Chick-fil-A of Murfreesboro, we believe in developing leaders who influence far beyond our restaurant doors. Our immersive 24–36 month Leadership Development Program (LDP) is designed to help you rise into high-impact leadership roles-whether that’s becoming a Chick-fil-A Operator, joining Corporate staff, Corporate LDP, or a long-term Noblitt Hospitality leader. You won’t walk this journey alone. You’ll receive one-on-one coaching from both a certified leadership coach and the Operator himself, serving alongside seasoned Directors and gaining hands-on experience across every area of the business.

Responsibilities
Your Leadership Journey Includes:
- Moving from Team Member ➝ Area Director within the first 6 months
- Leading in both Front and Back of House
- Developing your own vision and leadership style
- Becoming an expert in priority and time management
- Gaining business acumen: goal setting, training, systems, metrics
- Rotational training across all areas of the restaurant
- Being part of a team that restores, inspires, and serves-both guests and each other
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, College Senior, or 5+ Years Leadership Experience
- Minimum 45 Hours/Week + Open Availability (including Saturdays)
- Commitment to a 2–3 Year Growth Journey
- High Standards: Integrity, Ownership, Effort, Dependability
- Servant Leadership mindset and strong communication skills
- Restaurant experience helpful, but not required —we’ll train you!
Pay range and compensation package
- Starting Pay: $22/hour with a clear growth plan to $25/hour in 6 months.
- Overtime: Earn 1.5x your hourly rate for overtime hours.
- Meals: Enjoy 2 free meals per day (up to 5 times a week) -and your spouse gets 5 free meals each week too.

Business Hours:
- Mon–Thurs: 6:30 AM – 9:00 PM
- Fri & Sat: 6:30 AM- 10:00 PM
Team Members also serve during opening (4–6 AM) and closing (9–11:30 PM) shifts.
