Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to lead the search for an inspiring Nonprofit Director on behalf of a mission-driven education and youth organization in the Greater Wichita area (onsite). POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Nonprofit Director will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all early childhood programs, ensuring excellence in service delivery and regulatory compliance. This leader will guide a passionate team, manage a multimillion-dollar budget, and drive continuous program improvement through data-informed decisions.

- Build strategic partnerships with community organizations, schools, and local stakeholders
- Use data and performance metrics to guide decision-making and improve outcomes
- Represent the program with professionalism and passion in all community and stakeholder interactions
- Proven leadership experience in Head Start, Early Head Start, or early childhood education
- Deep knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards and early childhood best practices
- Strong financial management and team leadership skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related administrative tools
