Shift: Saturday, Sunday and Monday | 3:00 pm – 1:00 am

About The Role
As a Mentor, you’ll be a steady, encouraging presence for young adults learning how to navigate real-world responsibilities. You’ll support and guide them as they learn essential life skills, including:

About The Role
As a Mentor, you’ll be a steady, encouraging presence for young adults learning how to navigate real-world responsibilities. You’ll support and guide them as they learn essential life skills, including:
- Finding and maintaining employment
- Securing housing and managing daily responsibilities
- Opening and managing a bank account
- Budgeting, grocery shopping, and meal planning
- Scheduling and attending important health appointments
- Engaging positively in the community
- Building healthy routines and caring for their mental health
What You Bring To The Team
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, registration, and insurance (mileage reimbursed)
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain (we’ll help!)
- A grounded, compassionate presence and a genuine heart for supporting youth
