Summary

The Education Analyst is responsible for and involved in the implementation, daily operations, and communication of the learning management system of Altru Health System and supports the reporting system to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, and organizational policies. This position understands (or supports) Education work flows and uses strategic thinking skills to advocate for and/or implement system improvements.

Essential Job Functions

  • Supports team workflow and prepares and schedules training courses and workshops to provide users with numerous tools and functions.
  • Performs Learning Management System Administration functions and serves as a liaison, super user and resource for the designated learning management systems and databases. Implements efficient means of data collection and maintenance. Supports software implementation or upgrades.
  • Supports Instructional Designer in conducting learning and research and development projects, including developing research format, collecting data, formulating results
  • Develops and maintains strong business partnerships with the Altru Health System Leadership team. Understands organization’s structure and business processes. Fosters collaborative relationships.
  • Generates regular and special reports regarding the LMS and other learning programs. Identifies and prioritizes information needs, researches best practice solutions, compiles and organizes information, creates tables, spreadsheets, graphs, reports and presentations.
  • Supports processes to ensure that programs/processes are in compliance with regulatory agencies by staying current on compliance measures and collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Utilizes incident and service request software to manage and track support calls and tickets; interacts with customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.

Preferred

  • Workday Enterprise Management experience
  • Workday Learning experience

Education

  • Required: Bachelors - Business- OR -Bachelors - Computer and Information Science- OR -Bachelors - Education

Work Experience

  • Required: A minimum of 2 years Related Experience
