- Assess children’s developmental needs and implement approved lesson plans
- Build genuine relationships with children and help them explore language, literacy, science, and life skills
- Maintain an attractive, well-kept classroom that inspires confidence and decision-making
- Ensure adherence to all regulations and standards for health, safety, and care
- Assist with classroom maintenance and other tasks as needed
- Meet local childcare regulatory requirements
- Previous experience in licensed early childhood programs preferred
- Knowledge of young children’s social, emotional, and creative needs
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. for child handling and safety
- ECT/Lead Teacher Qualification
