- 10+ years of hand-on experience as Agile SCRUM Master and/or Agile Product Owner.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Experience in Agile Project Management
- Experience in leading large scale projects using SCRUM
- 4 years Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar domain
- Track record of implementing industry best development techniques in different work cultures and environments.
- Strong skills for leading, educating, and coaching.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities
- Certification in SCRUM, like
Certified SAFe Agilist (SA)
Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) etc.
Desired Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience with Quality Management System building and/or maintenance
- Experience in in-house tool development using Agile SCRUM methodology
- Software development and/or software testing experience
- Experience in Software Process Quality Assurance
