What You’ll Do

As a Member Of Our Top-Dressing Crew, You’ll

• Service residential and commercial properties safely and efficiently
• Use hand and powered equipment to apply top-dressing and lawn treatments
• Perform soil analysis and help control insects, weeds, and diseases
• Educate homeowners on proper lawn and landscape care
• Identify lawn issues and recommend customized solutions
• Upsell additional services to existing and new customers
• Communicate clearly with customers and resolve concerns onsite

Pay & Position Details

• Hourly wage: $18.50 – $20.00 (based on experience)
• Hourly, non-exempt position
• Year-round work, including winter season opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test (THC excluded)
• At least 21 years old (required to drive company vehicles)
• Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE
• Friendly attitude and strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
