Procurement Analyst - Plano, TX

As part of our exciting growth, we are currently searching for a Procurement Analyst.

This role will assist the Platform Procurement organization’s efforts to strategically plan and manage Aligned’s owner furnished equipment supply chain. A successful candidate will have exemplary analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to multi-task and work effectively and proactively across the organization.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Track and manage open orders and deliveries across the owner furnished equipment supply chain
• Work closely with vendors to ensure that equipment tracking data is accurate and up to date
• Collaborate with finance and construction teams to create and process vendor purchase orders and change orders
• Interface with vendors and with internal accounting and finance teams to track and resolve open accounting/invoicing items
• Track, analyze, and report on pricing trends and other economic data affecting Aligned’s current and future equipment purchasing
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing the organization’s long-term procurement model
• Develop financial pricing models, reports, and cost analysis
• Provide ad-hoc analytical reports to key stakeholders
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years’ experience in the data center industry preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong initiative and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
• Intellectual curiosity with exceptional analytical and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication skills
