Duties / Responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers and department heads, mentor supervisors, and communicate strategic goals.
- Ensure operations deliver measurable value while fostering a culture of innovation, transparency, and ethical decision making.
- Develop operational plans, allocate resources, and align activities with business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for site-related events, maintenance, inspections, safety, security, and infrastructure.
- Directly manage warehouse and manufacturing/repack leadership.
- Drive performance against facility KPIs including On-Time delivery, Quality, Inventory Accuracy, Safety, and Schedule adherence.
- Support AS9100/AS9120 certification through SOPs, training, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or four years related experience or equivalent combination.
- Minimum five years' experience managing operational activities.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100, and AS9120 aerospace standards.
- In-depth knowledge of Fedex, UPS, common carrier and international shipping systems and requirements including International Air Transport Association (IATA), air shipments and hazardous materials.
- Fluent in D.O.T 49 Code of Federal regulations CFR/IATA- Hazmat Training
- In-depth knowledge in warehouse operation processes that support key elements such as receiving, put-away, repack, manufacturing, and inventory management.
- Proven ability to successfully mentor front line leaders.
