Doyles Sheehan is looking for motivated Fulfillment Team Members for a stable Sunday - Thursday afternoon shift.

• Schedule: Sunday - Thursday




• Shift: Start at 12:00 PM (Noon) and work until the job is done.




• Compensation: $18 per hour to start, plus performance bonuses that put you in control of your earnings!

What Your Day Looks Like:

You'll be the backbone of our operation, making sure customers get what they need, when they need it.

• Pick & Pack: Use scanners and team communication to accurately pull and prepare orders.




• Ship Shape: Tag, wrap, and secure orders for shipment, by hand or with our Smart Wrapper.




• Load & Go: Safely load trucks, ensuring all cargo is secure for delivery.




• Stay Organized: Verify all documentation and help stock incoming freight to keep our warehouse running smoothly.




• Gear Up: Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment. (Forklift/chariot certification is a bonus, but we're happy to train motivated candidates!)

What It Takes to Succeed:

• A reliable team player with a strong work ethic.




• Good communication skills (read, write, and comprehend English).




• Ready to learn and grow through on-the-job training.




• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.




• A High School Diploma or equivalent.




• Physically able to handle the demands of a fast-paced warehouse environment, including lifting up to 35 lbs frequently and working in various temperatures.
