Pay Rate: $19+/hour (pay is based on requirements and experience)
Location: Topeka, KS
Our Facility Maintenance team plays a crucial role in implementing facility maintenance policies and procedures efficiently to meet patient/client/co-worker needs, adhere to regulations, and maintain a safe environment. You will be responsible for the proper maintenance of machinery, systems, and housekeeping standards while ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, Building Codes, Life Safety Codes, ADA, and energy conservation practices.
Key Responsibilities
Required: Must possess a valid Kansas Driver’s License, in force automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organization’s insurability standard as defined by Midland policy. Availability of reliable transportation is required for this position. Power Plant (boiler and chiller) certification and/or experience. Must have at least 4 years of field maintenance experience and 2-year technical degree, building maintenance certification or two years in facility maintenance lead role. Required to have a high school diploma or GED. Must be highly skilled in one of the following areas: electrical, heating and air, plumping, and carpentry.

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency issues.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, health, and safety regulations.
- Assist with the installation and assembly of furniture, equipment, and fixtures as needed.
- Keep tools and maintenance equipment in good working condition.
