PROGRAM PURCHASING ANALYST II

SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN

Position Focus

Responsible for all purchasing pre and post launch activity focusing on the program team, supplier and customer requirements integrating data/quote management, contract negotiations, tool timing, CR/CN process flow, Profile management, complete launch readiness, etc.

Experience

  • Requires minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Automotive cross-functional experience is a plus
  • Candidates with experience as Commodity Buyers or Component Buyers are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Extensive work experience , discipline and independence to accomplish successful closure of purchasing goals
  • Alignment with internal program teams/customers to negotiate contract requirements
  • Ensures data management required to meet program timelines
  • Familiarity with commercial terms and performance to target c oncepts required

Education Requirement

BS/BA or equivalent experience
