What You Will Be Doing

• Observing teaching staff and aides at the partner school, demonstrating 2 Hour Learning protocols, and providing coaching through structured one-on-one or small-group sessions
• Working with students in small groups or individually: tracking their progress across learning applications, cultivating goal-setting capabilities, and modeling effective strategies for the broader staff
• Facilitating life skills workshops that actively involve students while demonstrating exemplary facilitation techniques to observing staff
• Leveraging student performance data to refine mentorship tactics and confirm academic benchmarks are achieved
• Conducting debrief sessions with staff following observations and workshops to solidify best practices and address questions
  
  

Basic Requirements

Youth Success Coach key responsibilities

• Authorized to work legally in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
• Available to work on-site at the Spotswood, NJ campus through June 2026 (temporary relocation is acceptable)
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, coaching, or a related field involving youth or adults
• At least 1 year of experience training or coaching adults (teachers, staff, coaches) with proven modeling and feedback capabilities
• Hands-on experience working with children between the ages of 5 and 14 in educational or youth development contexts

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
