Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in conversational design, UX writing, or voice UI design
- Proven portfolio of chatbot, IVR, or voice-based experience demonstrating measurable impact
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their role in conversational interfaces
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Voiceflow, Lucidchart, and Miro
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, manage ambiguity, and iterate quickly
- Creative and strategic thinking to tackle complex design challenges
- Experience within utility, finance, insurance, or healthcare industries
- Familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Power BI, or chatbot dashboards
- Knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing
- Experience working in agile or SAFe environments
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related fields
- Expertise in designing multimodal experiences that incorporate text, tone, visual prompts, and voice
