Job Description
A Quality Control Technician is responsible for maintaining quality assurance processes, ensure the quality and reliability of installations. They are also responsible for recording and analyzing results to identify areas of improvement of employees and processes.

A Quality Control Technician is responsible for maintaining quality assurance processes, ensure the quality and reliability of installations. They are also responsible for recording and analyzing results to identify areas of improvement of employees and processes.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
- Provide coaching and training to field technicians to promote safety, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
- Conduct site prescreening and job audits, identifying potential hazards or quality issues.
- Collaborate with field teams, management, and third parties to support quality, safety, and performance metrics.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, partners, and customers regarding project timelines and service issues.
- Develop and support the implementation of quality assurance protocols, safety control systems, and documentation standards.
- Perform quality assurance testing and inspections, including statistical sampling and performance analysis.
- Maintain organized records of inspections, training, incidents, and job performance audits.
- Identify trends or recurring issues in field performance and propose process improvements.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent, and at least one (1) year industry experience as a technician. Experience with Comcast products preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit
- Ability to use hands to handle or feet
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to climb and balance
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs
- Ability to maintain all safety expectations
- Works outdoors for extended periods.
- Exposed to extreme weather conditions.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Oral communication skills.
- Detail oriented.
