Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill neonatal patients in the ICU
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Educate families on neonatal care and support during treatment
