We are partnering with a well-established organization seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Assistant who brings experience, professionalism, and strong judgment to the table. This role is intended for a seasoned administrative professional who is comfortable supporting leadership, managing priorities independently, and operating with minimal direction.

Key Responsibilities

Provide advanced administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams

Manage complex calendars, meetings, and confidential communications

Prepare, proof, and format professional correspondence, reports, and presentations

Serve as a liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external contacts

Maintain organized digital and physical records with a high level of accuracy

Anticipate administrative needs and proactively resolve issues

Support office operations and improve internal workflows

4+ years of professional administrative experience (senior or executive-level support preferred)

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail and time management

Ability to work independently while maintaining discretion and professionalism

Polished, confident presence when interacting with leadership and clients
