We’re looking for a hands-on Quality Engineer who loves solving problems, improving processes, and working closely with machinists and engineers on the shop floor. What You’ll Do

• Ensure product quality and compliance with aerospace standards.
• Partner with production teams to audit processes and implement improvements.
• Review designs, conduct inspections, and apply SPC methods.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support internal and external audits (AS9100, NADCAP).
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of quality.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2 – 10 years of quality engineering experience in machining (aerospace preferred).
• Strong knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, GD&T, SPC.
• Skilled in problem-solving tools (Six Sigma, FMEA, 8D).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• CQE or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with NADCAP special processes.

For informational purposes only the range of pay for this role is $85300 to $120000US Dollar (USD)Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only this role is eligible to participate in the Companys Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Companys bonus multiple based on the Companys performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays.
