About Quindar
Quindar builds modern, cloud-native satellite mission operations software with a simple mission: operate satellites like servers. Our platform replaces fragmented, legacy ground systems with an integrated, automation-driven approach that brings modern software velocity to space operations.
We’re a small, fast-moving team with deep aerospace and software roots, energized by hard problems and motivated by the real-world impact of the missions we support. If you want to work alongside sharp, ambitious people who move quickly, push boundaries, and are shaping the next chapter of space operations, Quindar is the place to do it.
The Role
Quindar is standing up and maturing an Industrial Security Program to support mission partners across the U.S. Government, including the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community.
We are seeking an Industrial Security Specialist I / II who thrives in a hands-on environment and is excited to help build, scale, and sustain a compliant, high-impact security program. In this role, you will work closely with the Facility Security Officer and play a critical part in day-to-day industrial security operations, personnel security, compliance, and process development.
You will be a key contributor to implementing industrial security standards across new and existing secure spaces, directly enabling classified mission execution.
What You’ll Do
Industrial & Personnel Security Operations
Required
To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, the applicant must be one of the following:
(i) a U.S. citizen or national;
(ii) a U.S. lawful permanent resident (i.e., green card holder);
(iii) a refugee under 8 U.S.C.
