Job Title: Digital Marketing Analyst

Overview:

We’re seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Analyst to join a forward-thinking organization that values data-driven decision-making. In this role, you'll analyze and monitor digital marketing initiatives, synthesize multiple sources of customer data, and provide strategic recommendations to elevate marketing performance across diverse channels. This is a unique opportunity to become the go-to expert on customer data, ultimately shaping marketing strategies and insights that drive growth. Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, marketing, computer science, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1-5 years’ experience in digital marketing or digital analytics, with significant exposure to customer data and campaign insights
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, or similar
  • Strong SQL programming skills
  • Experience with cloud data platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, or HubSpot
  • Expertise in creating reports and dashboards with visualization tools like Tableau, Looker Studio, PowerBI, or QlikSense
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analytics into understandable insights
  • Ability to manage data quality, handle ad hoc requests, and develop compelling data visualizations

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with Adobe Journey Analyzer or similar customer journey platforms (anticipated future use)
  • Knowledge of performance metrics across paid search, organic search, programmatic display, and social media channels
  • Familiarity with mobile marketing data and multi-channel customer journey mapping

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Up to five years of relevant experience in digital analytics or marketing data analysis, ideally within large organizations managing multiple customer touchpoints

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
