The Role – Electrical Detailer
The Electrical Detailer is responsible for identifying prefabrication opportunities and producing detailed designs to support efficient field installation. This role includes reviewing drawings, creating prefab documentation, coordinating material orders, and solving constructability issues. The detailer also supports field teams through training, promotes prefab culture, and contributes to project success by improving quality, safety, and labor efficiency.

The Role – Electrical Detailer
The Electrical Detailer is responsible for identifying prefabrication opportunities and producing detailed designs to support efficient field installation. This role includes reviewing drawings, creating prefab documentation, coordinating material orders, and solving constructability issues. The detailer also supports field teams through training, promotes prefab culture, and contributes to project success by improving quality, safety, and labor efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Help build, design, and draw up prefab assemblies.
- Work to identify prefab opportunities for each project.
- Order material and arrange delivery to correct locations.
- Teach Journeyman and apprentices our prefab culture.
- Participate in site visits, estimate preparations, and estimate reviews as requested.
- Demonstrate commitment to zero accidents, as every accident is preventable through training, risk prevention, and continuous improvement.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Five years of related electrical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the electrical construction trade and the National Electrical Code (NEC) is required.
- Journeyman and/or Master Electrician License preferred.
- Bluebeam knowledge preferred.
