Job Description
Responsabilidades de los roles clave
- Atender y dar seguimiento a todas las consultas entrantes de forma proactiva y eficiente.
- Calificar económicamente a los clientes potenciales según los requisitos del edificio.
- Gestionar leads para convertirlos en citas, visitas y reservas.
- Contactar proactivamente a interesados de bases de datos y campañas activas.
- Utilizar CRM (preferiblemente Salesforce) y Excel para seguimiento, control y reporte de la actividad comercial.
- Actualizar y mantener todos los registros e información en los sistemas de gestión.
- Coordinar la agenda de visitas presenciales o virtuales al edificio.
- Apoyar en campañas de marketing y promoción del edificio.
- Asegurar la calidad del contenido en canales digitales y colaborar con el equipo de marketing.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos y sugerir acciones que optimicen resultados.
- Participar en reuniones diarias con el equipo de ventas.
- Cumplir con políticas, procedimientos y estándares internos.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento normativo y de calidad en todos los procesos de leasing.
- Reportar incidencias de seguridad, mal funcionamiento o desviaciones al equipo correspondiente.
- Mantenerse actualizado/a en el uso de herramientas, procesos y tendencias del sector.
- Reporta directamente al/la Sales & Leasing Manager.
- Posibilidad de colaborar con otras propiedades de Greystar en picos de actividad.
- Requiere trabajo presencial desde el contact center.
- Equipos comunitarios y de operaciones.
- Ventas, marketing y soporte corporativo (RRHH, Finanzas, Sistemas).
- Posibles residentes, agentes y colaboradores externos.
Conocimientos y Cualificaciones
- Nivel educativo medio-alto.
- Dominio de herramientas de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.
- Conocimiento de CRM comerciales (idealmente Salesforce).
- Inglés intermedio-alto (mínimo B2); otros idiomas son un plus.
- Experiencia previa en funciones de ventas, atención al cliente o gestión de reservas, preferentemente en sectores como alojamiento, hotelería, flex living o coworking.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y con alto volumen de actividad.
- Habilidad multitarea, organizada y orientada a resultados.
- Comunicación clara y efectiva, tanto verbal como escrita.
- Enfoque comercial, orientación al cliente y proactividad.
