Job Overview:

• At TE Connectivity, you’ll help bring our purpose to life by creating a safer, sustainable, productive and connected future. Your role as an Intern in the Aerospace Defense & Marine Business Unit, will help us make the connections that move the world forward by:
• Supporting & enabling execution of the AD&M and Commercial strategic objectives
• Supporting business-critical projects within the Commercial function (Product Management, Sales, Pricing, & Business Development)
• Supporting the development of functional excellence using TEOA (Continuous Improvement) principles and tools
• Improving progress & performance reporting of project progress, deliverables, and business results
  
  

Responsibilities:

• At TE Connectivity, you’ll be part of a global collaborative culture where your innovative approach and actions have the potential to transform the world of tomorrow. In this role you’ll:
• Lead and/or support projects in service of delivering annual strategic priorities
• Support business process improvement initiatives, from opportunity identification through project execution
• Support key business & strategy reporting cadence(s) through data collection, analysis, and/or presentation development
• The role requires a high level of interaction with a variety of global organizational functions, including Product Management, Sales, Engineering, & Operations, and acts as both a change agent and continuous improvement advocate. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with demonstrated strength in collaboration & task execution.
  
  

You’re the kind of person we are looking for if you:

• Have earned a high school diploma or GED
• Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a BA/BS Degree in Business Administration , Business Analytics or Related Major from an accredited college or university—or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered).
• Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project
• Are authorized to work in the U.S.

COMPENSATION

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $25.68-$43.52 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
