PROGRAM SUMMARY: The Cadre Early Hiring Program is designed to allow early contracts to be extended to certificated staff in key hard-to-fill areas for the following school year. Cadre hires are those that we believe are aligned to Our Promise and Strategic Plan, which will manifest itself in student achievement in service to our community, families, and students. Successful Cadre Hires are those whom we believe could be successfully placed across 80% of our district, in a variety of schools, programs and communities. Placement of 26/27 Cadre Cohort will occur in spring when specific vacancies have been identified.
This post will be reviewed on a routine basis, and selected candidates will be invited for Cadre interviews, based on our district's projected hiring needs. Those who are not extended Cadre interviews or contracts may still be competitive candidates for specific site or program vacancies.
