The role involves designing, analyzing, and improving mechanical systems, as well as overseeing various aspects of mechanical design projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, analyze, and improve mechanical systems for various project types

  • Maintain strong communication with clients throughout project phases
  • Support research and development efforts for innovative mechanical solutions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure required
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and systems
  • Proficiency with CAD tools and design software
  • Experience in project management including budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Ability to conduct R&D and propose innovative mechanical design solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations (preferred)
  • Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or fire protection system design (a plus)
