The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for delivering a high-quality breakfast experience while upholding Marriott brand standards and hospitality values. This role involves preparing, setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the breakfast service area in a clean, safe, and welcoming manner.

- Prepare and set up breakfast items, including hot and cold foods, beverages, and condiments, according to Marriott standards
- Ensure all food items are fresh, properly stocked, and attractively presented throughout service hours
- Monitor food quality, temperatures, and expiration dates in compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, floors, and kitchen equipment
- Assist guests courteously, answer questions, and respond promptly to guest needs or concerns
- Replenish supplies such as plates, utensils, napkins, and beverages
- Follow proper opening and closing procedures for the breakfast area
- Work closely with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Adhere to all health, safety, and company policies
- Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate items
- Attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization
- Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
