Responsibilities:

• LMS Implementation & Management
• Lead the configuration, rollout, and ongoing administration of iSprings LMS.
• Upload, organize, and maintain training content and user data.
• Monitor user engagement, track progress, and generate reports.
• Training Development & Coordination
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging training materials (e.g., videos, presentations, quizzes).
• Schedule and coordinate in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Ensure training programs align with company goals, compliance requirements, and employee development needs.
• Support & Communication
• Serve as the primary point of contact for training-related inquiries.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users navigating the LMS.
• Communicate training opportunities and updates across departments.
• Continuous Improvement
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Stay current with industry best practices in adult learning and instructional design.
• Identify opportunities to enhance employee onboarding, safety training, and leadership development.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Learning Management Systems (iSprings preferred).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Experience developing training content using tools like PowerPoint or similar.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; bonus for experience with video editing or graphic design tools.
• Prior experience in construction, skilled trades, or safety training is a plus.
