Transportation Services Manager

What You’ll Do
- Lead daily route execution and driver performance
- Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and customer service
- Monitor productivity, safety, and attendance
- Resolve service issues and support customer needs
- Ensure compliance with DOT and OSHA requirements
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in operations or service environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Solid waste experience and bilingual Spanish preferred
- Stable, multi-state organization providing essential services
