Job Summary

  • Preparing food according to spec in a timely fashion
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation


Responsibilities

  • Plate presentation and spec standards upheld
  • Maintains a clean work environment
  • Knows the menu
  • Follows a recipe
  • Performs daily cleaning lists
  • Follows proper product rotation and labeling
  • Follows all health codes


Qualifications

  • Can lift 20 pounds
  • Demonstrates Teamwork
  • 1 plus years experience in cooking preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment.
